Returns & Exchange Policy
Please read and understand our store’s returns and exchange policy before any purchase. All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated below. We strictly do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges – there are no exceptions to this.
SECTION 1 – RETURN POLICY
Our return policy covers all regular priced items and is valid for 14 days from date of purchase or 7 days from the date of receipt, whichever earlier. Returns are only accepted for defected items or items grossly misrepresented in product listings. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition, with original tags and/or packaging intact.
We do not accept returns on sale and promotional items, as well as returns of regular priced items beyond the stipulated time period.
SECTION 2 – EXCHANGE POLICY
By default, you will be provided with an exchange for the returned product. In the event that the item is out-of-stock, you can opt to exchange for any other available item, or receive a refund on the purchase (if refund policy below is met). For exchanges to other available items of lower value, no refund will be given for the difference in amount. For exchanges to other available items of higher value, you will be required to pay for the difference in value.
On a case-by-case basis, we may favorably consider your request to exchange an item for a different item. This is solely upon the discretion of our store and is by no means an obligation on our part. If an exchange is accepted, please note that a postage and handling fee per item will be charged to cover the postage and administrative aspects of the return.
SECTION 3 – REFUND POLICY
A refund (on the original amount paid for the returned item) will only be available if your returned item is out-of-stock. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you refund request is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 21 business days.
As we are unable to process any partial refund on order total for membership privileges once an order has been received, please apply your member coupon or discount codes upfront upon online checkout, or present proof of membership (account information) upon payment at our physical booths.
Note: If you do not receive your refund after 21 business days, first, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
